Al-Nahdi Company - A fast growing local company engaged in pharmaceutical and medical supplies. The Company markets its products through retail outlets and wholesale network. Presently, the Company has 333 pharmacies all over Saudi Arabia. In April 2003, SEDCO acquired 50% ownership interest in Al-Nahdi Company.
Bank Muamalat Indonesia – The first Shari'ah compliant bank in Indonesia. The Bank was established in 1991. It commenced operation in May 1992. The Bank became a Foreign Exchange Bank on 27 October 1994. (www.muamalatbank.com). In June 2005, SEDCO acquired 21.3% ownership interest in Bank Muamalat.
Arabian Farms Development Company Limited – The Company was established in 1997. It is engaged in chicken farming, vegetable cultivation and organic fertilizer. The Company has 2 branches, 1 in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia and 1 in Dubai, UAE. SEDCO has 22% ownership interest in the Company.
Ejada Group – A leading IT services provider in Saudi Arabia. The Company provides IT systems and consulting services to a broad range of clients in the banking and oil & gas sectors as well as the government. (www.ejada.com). In May, 2006, SEDCO acquired 30% ownership interest in the Company.
Green Packet – A global research and development Company. The Company was established in the Silicon Valley, CA, USA, in 2000 and has offices in CA, USA, Malaysia, China and Taiwan and employs more than a hundred employees. Dar Al Fouad Hospital – A tertiary care hospital located in Cairo, Egypt founded in 1995. It covers more than a number of medical specialties such as cardiothoracic surgery (open heart surgery), cardiology, and oncology, hepatology, and organ transplants. The Hospital is affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic based in the USA. In July 2006, SEDCO acquired 25% ownership interest in the Company.

Atilim - An integrated paper products Company in Turkey. It was founded in 1979 for paper trade, manufacturing notebooks and packaging paper. In 1999, Atilim was transformed into a joint stock company. It has 350 skilled employees and two production facilities in Turkey and employs the state-of-art technology machinery and equipment. Gefung Holdings Bhd - The Company was founded in Malaysia in 1994 under the name of Syarikat Bukit Granite Sdn Bhd and focused on the Malaysian market. Subsequently set up Shanghai Gefung Marble & Granite Co. Ltd. in 1999. The Company executed a reverse take over of Jin Lin Wood Industries listed in Bursa Malaysia in November 2006 and renamed GEFUNG. Gefung is engaged in the processing, trading and contract workmanship of high end marble and granite slabs. SEDCO acquires 22% ownership interest in the Company. |
