The SEDCO shareholders announced the appointment of Sheikh Saleh S. Bin Mahfouz as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Sheikh Saleh S. Bin Mahfouz is a SEDCO veteran who started SEDCO more than 32 years ago as a real estate and general trading company. He served on the SEDCO Board since its formation in 1996. Since then, he has been the Managing Director for the Real Estate Investments Group, a position he still holds. Sheikh Saleh S.
